10 min walk to town centre.
The super thin curtains meant we were woken up at first light. Car parking is limited.

Nice staff and the breakfast is good. The location is very close to the center of Udine. The rooms do have a good size and are clean. Parking space is available.
There is a bit to do in the bathrooms, our shower did not have enough water pressure.
